Bien que ce titre de Phil Medley et Bert Berns ne soit pas une composition des Beatles, il fait néanmoins partie de leur répertoire habituel.
Disque ayant vocation à la promotion de nouveaux artistes. Un bulletin à renvoyer à Tiercé Panorama permettait de donner une opinion sur deux titres inédits.

Pochette : Recto Le logo Tiercé Panorama est en haut à gauche, la référence (N°4) en dac à droite. Verso : En bas à droite le sigle N.M.P.P. (Nouvelles Messageries de la Presse Parisienne) pour de qui concerne la distribution. En bas au centre le nom de l'imprimerie Richir. Le cliché du recto est dû au studio St. Marc. Labels : A gauche la référence (N°4) A droite, la référence, le sigle BIEM. La version française est de Georges Aber.
